Patrick O. Hannan,
President, Outside Sales/DFW
Patrick has worked for CentraMark since 1982. He holds a BS degree and an MBA; he is also a graduate of Harvard University’s Graduate School of Business OPM program. Patrick is a major shareholder in CentraMark and is the President / CEO of the Corporation. He maintains account responsibility for L3 MID and PID, as well as General Dynamics Satcom Technologies and Rockwell Collins Government Systems.
Patrick is married and is the father of 3 wonderful daughters and the grand-dad of 2. He lives in Rockwall Texas and enjoys spending time with his wife and family at their country property. He enjoys working with the family’s horses, fishing, all types of water sports, snowboarding and skiing. He also enjoys a good glass of wine; his favorites include Duckhorn, Ferrari Carano and Trefethen.
Patrick also serves as the CEO of PlayWisely, LLC, a business started by his wife. He and his family are closely associated with Ciudad de los Ninos http://www.shinskyorphanage.com/index.asp , an orphanage located in Matamoros Mexico , which he and his family have helped financially during the construction phase and now sponsor a dozen children annually. Faith, Family and finding time to help and to serve others in need are top priorities for the Hannans.
Ed Andrews
Outside Sales/DFW & Border
A few things you might want to know about Ed, since he claims to be the most interesting rep in the world....
Ed is a 4th generation native Texan. He has worked for Centramark and has covered the Ft. Worth / Central Texas area for 29+ years. With a diverse background in mechanical, electrical and RF systems, Ed provides account coverage to Lockheed Aerospace, Bell Helicopter and Lockheed Missiles and Fire Control. Ed did undergraduate work in Mechanical Engineering at The University of Texas at Arlington, holds an Advanced Amateur Radio license and has a solid general knowledge of computer systems. Ed knows a little bit about just about everything.
In his spare time, along with his wife Jennifer and their killer Chihuahua Hootie, Ed enjoys touring on motorcycles, hanging out at the NASCAR track and Jimmy Buffet on the radio. He claims ”Aliens don't exist, the government is not out to get you, and Kennedy was shot with a single bullet. No ski run is too steep, no bungee jump too high, no shark is too big... Golf is not a sport. Been there, done that and have way too many tee shirts.”
Randall Bourland
Outside Sales/Austin - Central Texas
Randy joined CentraMark in 2005. He attended The University of Texas and majored in Chemistry. He holds CPMR certification from Arizona State University and has worked in the technical sales field in Central Texas for over 25 years.
Randy lives in the Texas Hill Country, near San Marcos. “It's cool doing business in both Austin and SA, getting to take in the best of both cities.”
Randy is an avid outdoorsman; he enjoys the diverse wildlife of Central Texas, camping, and especially the lakes. Growing up Randy was a boy scout, a lifeguard, a certified scuba diver, competed on several swim teams, and taught swim lessons for the Red Cross. Randy owns 2 boats -- a wakeboard / ski boat for the smooth “glassy” days, and a catamaran sailboat, for flying the hull on the windy days. At home, Randy has 2- 80 gallon fish tanks at his home, and a pool in the backyard. He comments,”So you could say, I'm all about the water.” Randy is also a good cook; a couple of his specialties are chicken marsala, and beef & mushroom in burgundy sauce.
Scott Fenley 
Outside Sales, Houston and Sout Texas
Scott joined CentraMark in the spring of 2009. His responsibilities include account coverage in the Houston and South Texas marketplace. Scott is a graduate of Texas A&M University, where he majored in Industrial Distribution. He has worked in the electronics field for 7 years and his educational background includes classes in Industrial Distribution, as well as Electrical Engineering; his work experience includes an emphasis on RF and Power Electronics.
Happily married for 6 years he has two daughters, one 3 and the other 10 months. In his spare time Scott spends time working on the house, playing with his daughters and, when he is able, he sleeps.
Sandy Gross
Office Administrator / Accounting
Sandy has been with CentraMark for nearly 10 years. As our Bookkeeper and Accounting Manager, she keeps us honest and out of trouble.
Sandy and her husband have lived in Garland, Texas for over 30 years. Sandy grew up in Michigan and does not miss the snow and cold weather. She enjoys doing crafts, scrapbooking, quilting, and enjoys spending time with her grandson. She organizes yearly craft workshops at her church and meets monthly with friends for scrapbooking and doing other unfinished craft projects.

Jim Gowens
Vice President, Outside Sales/DFW
Jim has been with CentraMark since 1993 and is a major shareholder and Vice-President. His prior experience includes US Navy Electronic Schools and Undergraduate studies in electronics, 8 years engineering and manufacturing with Texas Instruments, 2 years manufacturing engineering with Honeywell, 9 years with Vector Sales as a Technical Sales Rep,
He has been in the rep business for nearly 27 years and has focused on multiple electronic / electromechanical technologies and customers in the Dallas Ft. Worth Metroplex. His primary customer since 1983 has been Raytheon and the Legacy Texas Instruments Defense Group in the Greater Dallas Area.
Jim’s primary interests are family and career. Jim is married to Lydia (40 yrs.) with 3 children and 7 grandchildren. In addition to family and career he enjoys art (especially Lydia’s personal productions), music, riding his Harley, target shooting, reading and learning (human behavior / relationships, science, history and politics).
Gary Moore
Outside Sales/DFW, Oklahoma
Gary has been with CentraMark since 1994 and is a shareholder in the company. He is a graduate of the University of North Texas and holds a BBA in marketing. He worked for General Electric for 10 years, Hewlett Packard for 7 years and GRiD Systems for 5 years before joining Centramark. Gary handles accounts in Dallas, North Texas, Oklahoma and Northwest Arkansas.
Gary is married and has two sons. He enjoys movies, good restaurants, and wine tastings and margaritas at Gloria's. His other interests (when it's warm) include riding his jet ski and boating with his family and friends on the lakes of North Texas and Southern Oklahoma.
Shawn Thomas
Outside Sales/ Houston, South Louisiana
Shawn is a graduate of the University of Houston, where he received his Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering. After working for Schlumberger as a Wireline Field Engineer, he joined the CentraMark team in 2004. Shawn is a shareholder in the Corporation and manages the South Texas / Houston office. He covers many of the major downhole, seismic and subsea accounts in the Houston area and also has responsibility for sales in the South Louisiana market.
Shawn and his wife Nicole live in Houston and have 2 dogs, Baxter and Schultz, that keep them busy for now..... Outside of work, Shawn enjoys spending time on the golf course and relaxing on the lake with friends. Shawn enjoys all types of boarding activities including snowboarding, wakesurfing and wakeboarding and has learned a few spins and inverted tricks over the years including the Frontside Backroll, Heelside 360 and 180’s.
Alan Young
Outside Sales D/FW and Arkansas
Alan has a diverse and extensive background in sales and marketing in a solutions-oriented technical environment. He joined CentraMark in the Spring of 2008. His career includes working for Phillips Semiconductors and Texas Instruments, as well as Manufacturers’ Representatives. Alan graduated from Central Michigan University with a BS degree in Business Administration. He has traveled extensively to Western Europe and to Mexico. He holds several sales awards and was, in his past employment, recognized as Representative fof the Year by Phillips Semiconductors. Alan is primarily responsible for the major telecom accounts in the DFW area.
Alan and his wife live in Frisco, Texas. He is an avid golfer, traveler, and motorcycle enthusiast. He is always on the look out for little known, great places to eat.

Virginia Drain
Office Admin, Inside Sales and Customer Service
Virginia began her employment with CentraMark in 1981, nearly 29 years ago. Of that 29 years, she has spent 21 of them at CMA, having taken a couple of 4 year "vacations".
Virginia is an accomplished musician - playing piano and organ, having grown up playing and singing solos and in trios in her home church and in various gatherings. She is a native of Texas and is a life-long “Garlandite”. She graduated from a Christian college in Houston at the top of her class with a 4 year GPA of 4.0. She is presently preparing to begin classes for attaining her Masters in Christian Counseling. She has continued her education locally, studying genealogy and has traced her paternal heritage to the late 1600s. She lacks a couple of generations to be able to connect with a family who emigrated from Suffolk, England in 1600 to Prince George's County, MD.
Along with genealogy, Virginia's other passions include making new friends, reading and, most of all, traveling. She has traveled in 47 of the 50 states in the U.S. and 18 foreign countries, with plans to visit England and Ireland to further delve into her heritage. She says that might be her "last" vacation from CentraMark.

Melissa Gowens
Office Admin, Inside Sales and Customer Service
Melissa was born and raised in Texas. She graduated Naaman Forest High School in Garland TX. Her passion through school years was Select Softball. She participated in 5 National Championships and received a Softball Scholarship to Troy State University in AL. She has completed undergraduate studies at Troy State and at Collin County JC in Frisco, TX. Melissa worked in the restaurant and service industry for 5 years and has been with CentraMark working and learning the manufacturers’ representative business since 2006. She works in Inside Sales and Customer Service. 
Melissa enjoys sports and outdoor activities. Today's passions are family, friends, animals (2 cats and 2 dogs) and photography (she produces digital memory CD's set to music).

Dawn Robinson
Accounting/ Payroll (Outside) Dawn is our accountant. She’s an independent contractor but has been a key part of the CentraMark team for over 5 years. Dawn is a resident of Garland, Texas. She has one daughter who is in her second year of medical school, making Dawn a very proud mother. Twelve years ago Dawn became a self-employed accountant working out of her house, which she says “has been the best decision of my life”. 
Dawn enjoys listening to the local musicians around town, scrapbooking and traveling when she gets the chance.
